David Lilley has been an excellent supporter of TATOC for many years. In January 2008 David provided strong facilitation and moderation at a full day TATOC board retreat. This helped us to define and put our new strategy into place.  The follow up work included supporting us in the organisation of our 2008 conference and the provision of assistance in the areas of brand, business development and sales.  All of this work has been a valuable contribution to our team effort and has seen TATOC attract vital income streams from annual strategic sponsorship. David has also promoted TATOC through his Dial An Exchange magazine and at every one of their roadshows up and down the country. Alongside our other work, this contribution saw our profile lifted dramatically in 2008 and 2009.

In addition to this, David wrote our new Resort Accreditation Process and trained our first five creditors. He did all of this work completely free of charge and without any form of expenses , personal gain or real publicity. I would estimate it would have cost us close to £50,000 for the same level of professional consultancy if we had been required to pay for it
